SheetSpeed Refund Policy

Early access

Pro features are free during early access, so there is nothing to refund. We will give notice in the extension and on the SheetSpeed website before paid plans begin, and nobody is charged unless they start a subscription themselves. The terms below apply to paid plans once billing opens.

Try first: once billing opens, Pro includes a 14-day free trial with no card required, so you can test every feature before you pay.

Yearly plan ($69/yr)

Full refund if you ask within 14 days of the first charge or of a renewal charge. Email us with the address you paid with, and we will refund through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.

Monthly plan ($7.99/mo)

Cancel at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months.

Lifetime launch deal ($149)

Full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase.

How to cancel or request a refund

Open the SheetSpeed popup, go to Settings, then Manage subscription (the ExtensionPay/Stripe portal). Or email jarvis@agi-jarvis.com.

Your legal rights in your country, such as EU/UK consumer rights, still apply.
