Managed Chrome blocks Developer mode — Load unpacked is not the path. Prefer Add to Chrome from the Store. IT allowlist is optional only if policy blocks Store install.

Personal Chrome with Developer mode (local Core / Full)

Only when your browser allows Developer mode. Not available on Coinbase-managed Chrome.

Use the repo extension folder (Full) or npm run package:core and extract so manifest.json is at the folder root.
Open chrome://extensions → enable Developer mode → Load unpacked → select that folder.
Refresh a Google Sheet or Slide. Confirm the ◈ SheetSpeed launcher and Core/Full footer status.
