What to include

What you pressed or clicked, and what you expected to happen
Where it happened: Google Sheets or Slides, and Windows, Mac or ChromeOS
Your SheetSpeed version (the toolbar popup or chrome://extensions shows it)
A screenshot if you can. Please don't send spreadsheet or document contents you don't want to share

Chrome turned SheetSpeed off after an update. An update that needs new permissions is paused until you approve it. Open chrome://extensions (or click the warning in Chrome's toolbar) and choose Accept permissions / Re-enable for SheetSpeed.
A shortcut does nothing. Click into the document first so the page has keyboard focus, then try again. On a Mac, use Option for Alt. You can check or change every shortcut in SheetSpeed's Settings.
